Nesim "Niso" Hason
Having been exposed to real estate his entire life, it was only a matter of time before Nesim “Niso” Hason would enter residential real estate representation as a career. Starting at a young age in investments, Niso quickly mastered the concept of responsible leveraging and its financial advantages. Entering his late twenties and having family and friends frequently ask for real estate advice, Niso knew his next career move had to be assisting others through the agency business. The need for agents that cater to a client's personal home and investment needs and wants is the base of Niso’s Blue Flamingo Realty, his custom agency service.
Leon Hason
Leon Hason is a Consultant to Blue Flamingo Realty. He is a CPA and has over a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions, valuations, design, construction, and management. He offers Blue Flamingo clients his expertise in accounting, taxes, and real estate. Leon graduated with Honors from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and Leventhal School of Accounting. During his spare time, Leon enjoys traveling, staying active, and playing Jazz piano
